1. Public Hearing(s) as follows:
   
   1. Proposed municipal bonds and notes in the amount of $2,800,000 to finance the construction of approximately 9400 LF of 16” replacement water main which will eliminate flow restrictions in the current system on Continental Boulevard, Camp Sargent, Amherst and Turkey Hill Road(s).
   2. Proposed municipal bonds and notes in the amount of $835,000 to finance the rehabilitation of Well #6 including necessary improvements at Wells #7 and #8 to facilitate a blending supply process.
   3. To discuss the proposed issuance of municipal bonds and notes that may be proposed by petitioned warrant articles.
      
2. Public Hearing regarding the 2010-2011 Proposed Operating Budget and Warrant Articles for the 2010 Annual Meeting scheduled for March 30, 2010 at 7:00PM in the Merrimack High School Cafeteria.
   
3. Public Hearing regarding the remaining Warrant Articles for the 2010 Annual Meeting scheduled for March 30, 2010 at 7:00PM in the Merrimack High School Cafeteria.

• Rehabilitation of Well 6 with Wells 7 & 8 upgrades

3. Proposed Warrant Articles as may be proposed by petitioned Warrant Articles
