MERRIMACK VILLAGE DISTRICT WATER WORKS WATER SUPERINTENDENT / BUSINESS MANAGER Strong organizational and communication skills needed. Supervise 14 administrative and field staff. Responsible for managing entire water system. Prepare and administer annual budget ($2.9 million) and CIP ($12+ million). 9200+ customers. Negotiate professional and engineering contracts. Oversees GIS/GPS system. Minimum associates degree (bachelors degree preferred) civil or mechanical engineering or closely related field from an accredited college or university with 5-7 years in water administration and operations (municipal highly desired). Grade II or III water treatment/distribution NH license desirable or ability to obtain same within 12-18 months from date of hire. May serve as "Primary Operator" per NHDES.
