The Merrimack Village District Board of Commissioners consists of five members that meet monthly and/or at the call of the Chair. The Commissioners are elected by the registered voters at the Annual Meeting and strive to provide high quality water and service to the rate payers of the district. The positions of Moderator, Clerk and Treasurer are elected officers and are also voted to office at the Annual Meeting.

Chairman Tom Nutting (Term ends - 2012)
Tom has been a commissioner with the MVD since March 2003. He currently holds the Chairman position which he held for the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 terms. He has also served as Vice Chairman and Liaison to the Budget Committee. Tom is a former owner of an electrical business in Merrimack.

Vice Chair George "Chip" Keller (Term ends - 2013)
Chip was elected to the Board of Commissioners in March 2007 at the Merrimack Village District Annual Meeting. He previously served as Personnel Liaison for the Board. He is a registered land surveyor with The State of New Hampshire and is associated with Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC. and is the former owner of George F. Keller Inc. Civil Engineers.

Personnel Liaison Anthony "Tony" Pellegrino (Term ends - 2014)
Tony was elected to the Board in March 2005. He was a commissioner previously for more than twelve (12) years. He has also served the Town of Merrimack as a selectman and member of the Conservation Commission.

Commissioner Lon Woods (Term ends - 2012)
Lon had previously served on the MVD Board of Commissioners for many years and was elected again in 2006 to serve a 3 year term. Lon has also served the Town of Merrimack in many capacities as a member of the Charter Study Commission, School Board and Budget Committee.

Commissioner Joe Comer (Term ends - 2014)
Joe was elected to the Board in 2011 as a commissioner.He worked for over 36 years with the Town of Merrimack in the Fire Department and Building Department.

Moderator Lynn Christensen (Term ends - 2012)
Moderator Christensen also serves as moderator for The Town of Merrimack and the School District of Merrimack.

Clerk Jill Lavoie (Term ends - 2012)
Jill was appointed on December 2010 to complete Robert Kelley's term.

Treasurer Martin Carrier (Term ends - 2012)

Secretary Rita Carlton (Not an elected position)
