Jim McSweeney - Business Manager/ Superintendent
Jim joined the MVD staff February 2004 as the Business Manager/Superintendent. He brings many years of government and municipal experience to the District.

Carol Sutton - Customer Service and Billing
Carol has the distinction of being with MVD the longest- since 1980! She is on the front line – fielding calls from customers and field staff, alike. Carol handles all customer service calls. Any question about your water bill? Carol’s the expert.

Bob Kelley - Water Quality Testing & Operational Data / MVD Clerk
Joining MVD in 1987, Bob is indispensable in fulfilling his many roles. He meticulously maintains a myriad of data from the many water tests he supervises for the District. Record keeping is his specialty as well as keeping abreast of current and upcoming state regulations and directives.

Natalie Therrien - Finance and Human Resources
Natalie has been with the District since 2002. Her invaluable experience in human resources and expert knowledge in the finance area make her a great addition to the team.
