MVD ONLY performs Markout Requests on water mains/valves/pipes/etc. that are owned by MVD. It is understood that MVD only owns up to and including the first valve of the water service line. If there is any question regarding ownership please contact our office at 603-424-9241 or email us at customerservice@mvdwater.org. Per RSA 374:51 \"II. At least 72 hours before a proposed excavation, but not including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, each person required to give notice of an excavation shall notify the damage prevention system referred to in RSA 374:49...\" All requests are subject to Merrimack Village District (MVD) By-Laws.
