    IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING APPOINTMENTS:

    • An email confirmation will be sent to the address entered. 

    • There may be a brief interruption of water service (depending on the type of device being tested and/or bypass options available for the device).

    • For locations with fire sprinkler systems: We recommend you notify your fire alarm company of the appointment. They may be able to put the system in “test mode” and prevent the alarm from activating unnecessarily. 

    • MVD will need access to the backflow device(s) which is located inside near the water meter.
