IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING APPOINTMENTS:

For all appointments: 

• Someone 18 years of age or older must be at the location during the appointment.

• We kindly ask that pets & children be kept away from the work area during the appointment.

If your appointment is for a meter inspection/repair/replacement there are a couple of important things to note:

• MVD will need access to the meter which is located inside of the home or building (typically in the basement).

• Please make sure there is a clear path to the meter as well as approximately 3 feet of clearance around the water meter. 

• *No Cost for meter exchanges/replacements.

*Please note, some appointment types are subject to a service charge per the MVD Schedule of Rates (ex: appointment to turn water off/on).
