In March 2020, MVD suspended our standard business procedures of late fee processing and non-payment service disconnections. As of July 1, 2021, these procedures will be resuming as normal.
Because MVD recognizes the many challenges and financial hardships the COVID-19 pandemic has caused, prior to resuming late fees and disconnections, we are reaching out to offer payment arrangements for accounts that have a past due balance as well as provide information for resources that may be able to offer assistance (listed below).
If you have a PAST DUE balance and are not able make payment at this time, please contact customer service as soon as possible to discuss potential options.
