INSPECTION INFORMATION

There are two options for inspection; Self-Inspection or MVD Inspection. 
Details for each are listed below.
Inspections should only take approximately 10 minutes, whether Self-Inspection or MVD inspection.

OPTION 1: SELF-INSPECTION

Customers at the location can inspect the water service line and provide the results to MVD.
Use the following video and/or written info to determine the water service line material, then submit the results.
